School of Biblical Studies (SBS): SBS is a nine-month course in which students study all 66 books of the Bible. The Inductive Study Method teaches students to observe the text with the historical background to understand the Bible in context. During the school, students survey each book and discover the big picture, while also digging into the details verse by verse.

Emphasis is placed on understanding the cultural and historic background of each author and original reader of a book. The student interprets Scripture with the mindset of the original reader then takes the timeless truths and applies them personally. Students are given hands-on instruction in the principles of observation, interpretation, and application. SBS staff will meet weekly with the students to aid in their personal growth, understanding of Scripture, and help students take application into life transformation.

The vision of SBS Cambodia is to train and equip people to know God's Word and to influence the church in Cambodia, in South East Asia and to the Ends of the Earth. SBS runs every year from September-June. The next SBS will be September 25, 2011-June 18, 2012.

SBS Cambodia highly encourages all potential SBS Students to consider taking the Titus Poject immediately after the SBS to learn how to take the deep understanding of the Bible and teach others.
